The third City Break Exhibition in token of quality

The third City Break Exhibition in token of quality The third City Break exhibition on 9th and 10th June 2008 organised by Reed Travel Exhibitions in cooperation with European Cities Marketing was hosted by the City of Belgrade.

Over 500 city break specialists were representing 70 European destinations on this occasion. Representatives from major city break operators including Gullivers, Miki Travel, Expedia, attended City Break on a fully hosted basis for the first time. According to the participants’ feedbacks, the quality of buyers was particularly high this year. The panel discussion on the state of the aviation sector within the context of growing number of low-cost airlines has undoubtedly contributed to the success of this event.

Brussels International was one of the participants at the Belgrade’s City Break. Anousjka Schmidt (Tour Operator / Product Manager) is satisfied with their participation: “We have always taken part in City Break Exhibitions, from the very beginning. After Helsinki and Athens this is our third and probably the best year. The quality is getting higher and higher every year not only concerning the organization but also regarding the hosted buyers. Reed Travel Exhibitions is focusing on inviting high quality hosted buyers and equally puts a lot of emphasis on the follow-up of their work, which is extremely important. I must say that we have been pleasantly surprised and we definitely bargain for participating next year in Göteborg.”
