Meetings Industry Future Trends Survey

In normal years, we produce, through the Research & Insights Knowledge Group, the Meetings Statistics Report.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, meeting activities worldwide have been put to a halt since early 2020.
The cancellation of most of events – or their replacement by virtual meetings – has made it very difficult to collect data on in-person meetings held in 2020.
In this sense, alternatively to the Meetings Statistics Report, CityDNA Research & Insights Knowledge Group, with the support of CityDNA Meetings Industry Steering Committee, decided this time to conduct a survey about future trends of the meetings and incentives industry.
