How we collect data:

\n

    \n

  • All congress net partners are required to fill in their meetings data on a regular basis via an online tool, specially created in cooperation with a consultant agency.
  • \n

  • This data are used for the convention statistics of Berlin and for those collected by  ICCA and UIAs
  • \n

  • In return, the participants receive a monthly summary   of how their performance compares with their direct competitors. The findings contained in both the main and summary reports are completely anonymous. The names of our partners are not revealed.
  • \n

  • Once a year we publish the annual report to our partners which is accompanied  by a networking event
  • \n

  • To obtain UIA and ICCA data, the following sources are researched:  internet, newspapers or trade magasines and universities
  • \n

  • All together, in terms of time we invest approximately 25 hours per month, apart from the period just before the publication of the annual report then the amount of time spent  is higher.
