Discover a knowledge-sharing initiative led by the CityDNA CVB Knowledge Group: the Ambassador Programme Series!

This series is designed for CityDNA members interested in launching or strengthening ambassador programmes in their destinations. Through real-life examples and open peer discussions, we will explore the goals, structures and challenges of various ambassador models and offer space for mutual learning.

In this session, Belfast, represented by Louise McQuillan, Business Development Manager at Visit Belfast and Florence, represented by Ilenia Pasi, Head of Sales & Business Development at Fondazione Destination Florence Convention & Visitors Bureau, will present how their ambassador programmes operate, highlighting practical experience around structure, engagement, challenges and achievements.

The session will include:

• Two short presentations (20 minutes each)
• A moderated discussion open to all participants
